    I purchased a 10 day non-expiring ticket last year and have not redeemed the voucher for the ticket. I see that non-expiring tickets are no longer available. Can you tell me if I can exchange my already paid for voucher for the 10 day non-expiring ticket?

    Hi Joan! Thanks for writing the Moms Panel with the great question! There should be no problem at all in redeeming your voucher for a ten-day, no expiration ticket. Simply head to the Guest Services window at any of the four theme parks and they will help you out. If you want to speak to someone to confirm beforehand, I recommend calling (407) 939-7523. This line is there to help you with existing tickets and they should be able to assist you.
