purchasing your theme park tickets, the website should prompt you to assign names to each ticket using a dropdown menu before finalizing the transaction. If you've already completed the process, that's quite alright! As long as you're the original purchaser and the tickets have not been activated yet, a
Disneyland Ticketing Cast Member can assist you with linking them to your Disneyland account by calling (714) 781-4636.
While it is recommended that you do this before your trip, you can also take care of it upon arrival. When you and your family enter the theme parks' turnstiles for the first time, a Cast Member will photograph each person per ticket. The ticket is then linked to that particular person in the photo, not the name on the ticket. Since you have a multi-day ticket, it must be used by the same person for each day once it is assigned.
