I purchased a 3 day hopper pass and made my park reservations. Do I just bring a copy of the email I received with my confirmation number with me to get admission to the parks.

    Heigh-Ho Joe,

Excellent question, your Walt Disney World tickets are purchased, you have linked them to your Guests via your My Disney Experience and have successfully made Disney Park Pass reservations but how do you enter the Walt Disney World Theme Parks? Guests can access their tickets three ways a Key to the World Card, a digital pass created through the Disney MagicMobile service and/or Disney MagicBand. Each is used at the entry touch points to enter the Walt Disney World Theme Parks.

The Key to the World card and digital pass are at no additional cost to the Guest. A Key to the World card is a hard copy ticket Guests can receive at the Front Desk of their Walt Disney World Resort or by visiting a Guest Relations/Ticket counter located outside of all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Each card is adorned with Mickey or one of the Fab Five and is used as your ticket throughout your entire stay. But if you prefer a more tech-savvy approach then I recommend creating a digital pass with the Disney MagicMobile service, found through your My Disney Experience mobile app. Here Guests create, design and share the digital passes for their Walt Disney World tickets. Guests must have an iPhone, Apple Watch or Google Pay enabled Android phone to use and access this feature.  Guests can share the digital pass with others in their party if they have similar devices, more specifically those with Apple devices. And if you put your Apple device in Express Mode, you will not need to open your digital wallet every time to find the ticket. Simply raise your device to be scanned at the touch point and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo continue on with your magical adventure.

And finally, many Guests prefer using the ever-so-popular Disney MagicBand. This is a wristband that comes in a variety of colors and designs allowing Guests to show a little more of their Disney Side. The Disney MagicBand, just like the Key to the World Card and digital pass, is tapped on the touch point to gain entrance into the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Disney MagicBands can be purchased on shopDisney or at many of the shops found all around Walt Disney World. Once purchased, they are linked and assigned to a Guest through your My Disney Experience. Because you are so close to your arrival date, and if this is the route you would like to go, I recommend waiting until your arrival to find your practically perfect Disney MagicBand and in the meantime, use a Key to the World Card for entrance. Once you purchase a Disney MagicBand you can follow this link to link your Disney MagicBand or a Cast Member, at the location you purchased or Guest Services, can assist you with linking.

It's an exciting time to visit Walt Disney World and you are sure to create some amazing memories. Check out our Instagram (@planDisneypanel) and Panel Extras for more Vacation Planning tips and follow the Disney Parks Blog for exciting Disney News and Announcements.

    Have a Magical Day,
