Hi Charlene and welcome to
planDisney! Don’t worry one bit about those unused tickets. I’m happy to walk you through the process so that you will be able to visit the
Disneyland Resort with them this June!
Many unused tickets had their expiration dates extended until December 16, 2021. The best way to find out if your ticket was extended is to check your
Disneyland App on your smartphone. Tap the three little lines on the bottom right of your phone, then select “Tickets and Passes.”
If you see the tickets on your account, you’re one step ahead of the game! If you don’t, try to link those tickets to your account by scanning your ticket or by entering the number manually. Once those tickets come up on your app, you will be able to see your new expiration date.
If you can’t find your tickets, your next step is to call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 to get your extension. Cast Members are working hard to answer everybody’s questions in preparation for the reopening of Disneyland Resort at the end of April. Please be aware that you may be placed in a queue.
Charlene, if you are able to see your tickets, go ahead and make a theme park reservation. You can do so via your Disneyland App or following the instructions on
this web page. You will be ready to enjoy your magical visit after just a few quick clicks!
It’s also a good idea to take a look at the
experience updates that will be in place when we all return to the Disneyland Resort. This way you will know what to expect when you arrive.
I hope I’ve been able to help. Don’t hesitate to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It’s our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next
magical visit!
Veronica
