Jessica from Staffordshire Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello, I’ve purchased 14 day Disney tickets for next October and paid in full, however i’ve been told that my tickets won’t be ready to download until a few weeks before we go. Is this correct?

    Hiya Jessica!

Welcome to planDisney, where we are passionate about helping Guests experience the most magical Disney vacation possible. With a little faith, trust, and pixie dust (plus an answer or two), you will be well prepared to set out on an unforgettable adventure at The Most Magical Place on Earth

You are off to a magical start with a 14-day Walt Disney World ticket! You will have 2 full weeks of magic and plenty of time to experience the incredible shows, attractions, dining experiences, and Character greetings in the Theme Parks and Disney Resorts. It is the perfect amount of time to find a balance between adventure in the theme parks and relaxing at your Disney Resort hotel.

As a UK Resident, you should be able to link your tickets to My Disney Experience around 72 hours after booking if you purchased directly through the Walt Disney World Travel Company. Follow these steps to access your tickets:

    1. Wait for the Confirmation Email: Allow approximately 72 hours after your purchase for Disney to send a confirmation email.

    2. Find Your E-ticket Reference Number: Locate the e-ticket reference number within the confirmation email, which is found under the barcode.

    3. Link to My Disney Experience App: Use the e-ticket reference number to connect your ticket to the My Disney Experience app on your mobile device.

There may be different restrictions if you purchased your ticket from another vendor. I recommend reaching out to the company you bought your theme park tickets through for more information about when you can download and link your theme park tickets.

I hope this answers your question, Jessica! Please return to planDisney with additional information if you need more help. I hope you have a magical vacation next year!

    See Ya Real Soon!
