I purchased a 5 Day Disney Pass Ticket in 1997 - My husband and myself only used 2 out of the 5. I was told at the time of purchase that they would be valid indefinitely. We will be visiting Florida Disney in 2016, I want to know if they are still valid?

Hi Brenda! Thanks for writing the panel. It's like hitting the jackpot finding old park tickets! There are two ways to find out if they are still valid. You can call (407) 939-7523 or 0800 16 90 730 from the United Kingdom. Be sure to have both tickets with you when you call, as you will need to provide serial numbers. They should be able to advise you on the validity of the tickets and, if they are still valid, how many visits are remaining. You can also find out at the Guest Services at any of the theme parks.

Fingers crossed that you've got some days left Brenda! Write us back with any other questions!
