    I purchased a 3 day California resident plan Feb 9, 2020. I had used it twice THEN CoVid 19 closed the park. I have multiple health issues and have been unable to be in crowds since, but with CoVid under control, I was wanting to use my 3rd day.

    Disneyland Resort often runs Special Offers for its local visitors, and the "So Cal tickets" offered each spring are incredible values for those living within ZIP codes 90000-93599. I'm so sorry to hear you were unable to use your third day. Understandably, Disneyland extended ticket expiration dates for Guests who had purchased theme park tickets before or during the closure. According to the Modifications and Cancellations Policy on the Disneyland website, the 2020 Southern California Resident Tickets expiration date was extended through December 16, 2021. Also, since the tickets are partially used, you probably cannot use their value towards new tickets. I know this is not the magical answer you were hoping to hear, but I encourage you to reach out to Disneyland Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and ask a Cast Member to assist you. 

    If you want to partake in another golden opportunity, Richard, the 2022 Southern California Resident Ticket offer is currently going on through May 26. I recommend putting some new tickets to use by visiting the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival!
