I purchased $300 in cruise gift cards for my son and daughter in law to use on their Disney cruise with their kids. I just found out they had canceled their cruise and not sure if they will go at another time. Is there any way I can get a refund?

A Disney Gift Card is a thoughtful gift and so helpful if you’re going on a Disney Cruise. I’m sorry your son’s plans have changed.

Disney Gift Cards are usually non-refundable. However, in some states and circumstances, you can get a refund. You must have the original proof of purchase receipt, and no transactions can have occurred on the card. Please contact the location where the card was initially purchased to see if a refund is allowed.

The good news is that Disney Gift Cards can be used for almost everything Disney! From theme parks to dining, shopping, and more! Disney Gift Cards can even be applied towards a monthly subscription to Disney+ or when bundled with a streaming service like Hulu. Take a look at the Disney Gift Card website for the redemption locations.
