I purchased Will Call tickets. What do i have to do when i get to the parks so that entering is as smooth as possible for everyone involved? I will be visiting two parks on two different days for 2 guests.

    Hi Hannah!

Thanks for sending your question to the planDisney Panel! So happy to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in a few weeks! How exciting! I too love arriving at the Walt Disney and heading straight in to start the fun! Typically, I have my MagicBands ready to go. This is probably the smoothest way to travel, as you can link your tickets to the MagicBand via your My Disney Experience Account and you will be able to bypass the Will Call booth. If you prefer to get a ticket card instead you have a few options. There have been times when I have needed to get my Annual Passholder card or a ticket card before entering. This can only be done at the Walt Disney World Resort, either by visiting Guest Relations at the entrance of any park or one of the ticket windows. If you want to get it before your park visit day, you can visit Disney Springs and stop by the Disney Ticket Center. They will be able to assist you in obtaining a ticket card as well. Hope this helps!

Quick tip: Be sure to download the My Disney Experience app on your mobile phone! Here you can see wait times for attractions and this is where you can place a mobile order for many of the fast food kiosks!

Hannah, thanks so much for stopping by the planDisney Panel. It has been a pleasure assisting you! Please feel free to send me any other questions you may have!
