    Hello, I purchased the so call 3 day pass before the park shut down and I was told that my tickets would be valid once the park opened. I cannot find my tickets on my account now.

    Welcome to planDisney, Mayra! I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues finding your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets. I’m happy to help you find some options to get your issue resolved.

    There’s some really great news that goes along with getting your tickets back on your Disney account. The SoCal Resident Ticket’s expiration date has been extended and is now valid through December 16, 2021! Just keep an eye on the blockout days: July 4, 2021 and November 20-27, 2021, as you're planning your next trip.
     
    If you’re trying to find your tickets on your Disney app, update your app and that might help. You can also look for your tickets by logging in to your Disney account on your home computer. Look through your email to see if you can find the email you received from Disney and try to link your tickets to your account one last time. If you still can’t find them, your best bet is to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member will be happy to help you.

    When you do get your ticket issue resolved, the next step is to make a theme park reservation. After following the instructions on this webpage, you will be ready to enjoy your vacation after just a few quick clicks!
