    I purchased So Cal Resident 3 day tickets but we cannot go on the dates we planned. We would like to switch our tickets to Park Hopper Tickets. How do we refund the Tickets previously purchased?

    The Southern California Residents Ticket Offer is an incredible deal, but the one caveat is that the tickets are only valid Mondays through Fridays. Visiting on the weekdays doesn't suit everyone's schedule, so I completely understand your desire to exchange your current tickets for Park Hopper tickets. While Disneyland Resort does not issue refunds for theme park tickets, you are welcome to apply their value towards your new ticket purchase as long as they are wholly unused; you'll just need to pay the difference in cost at the time of upgrade. The easiest way to do this is by calling Disneyland Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636.

    By the way, Deborah, have you heard the news that Disneyland Resort is bringing back its nighttime spectaculars this spring? The Main Street Electrical Parade made its world debut at Disneyland Park almost 50 years ago, and I'm so excited for this little slice of nostalgia to travel down Main Street, U.S.A, once again. Make sure to include it in your plans!
