    We purchased 2 back to back Capture the moment photo sessions by phone. How do we link them to our My Disney Experience Plans? I did not receive an email confirmation either. I'd like to confirm they are booked.

    I’m so glad you were able to book sessions for Capture Your Moment! We were able to do one of these photo sessions last fall and I was thrilled with the results! With Capture Your Moment we got some incredible images of our graduating senior, and even though he was wearing a mask at that time, I was so grateful to have professional photos of my guy. The PhotoPass Photographers had great ideas for poses and I was surprised by how many photos they were able to get in such a short time. We loved the session so much, we have booked back-to-back sessions for our visit to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park next month!

    Michelle, reservations made online for Capture Your Moment automagically show up in your My Disney Experience Account. Since you booked over the phone, you might not see them linked in your account. I am surprised you didn’t receive an email confirmation though. I have a few ideas for you. First, if you have a confirmation number, it is almost certain you do have a reservation. Back in the days before My Disney Experience, you would call, get a confirmation number and then just show up. Usually, they wouldn’t even ask for the confirmation number but just your name. But now that we are all accustomed to seeing everything in My Disney Experience, it does feel a little disconcerting to not see the reservation there.

    Unfortunately, there is not yet a way for a Guest to add an Enchanting Extras Confirmation Number to their My Disney Experience Account. I would be sure to check your junk email to see if your confirmation email landed there. It is also possible the Cast Member misspelled your email when they made the reservation, and that would explain why you don’t see it. If you are still concerned, calling Disney is the only way to confirm. I know that the hold times are not ideal at the moment. I recommend calling as soon as the phone lines open at 7 AM Eastern for the shortest hold times.
