    I purchased annual passes online and will have to pick them up at a guest relation window at a park. For us it will be Hollywood studios. Do these windows open in advance of the rope drop? And is it generally a long wait and process for getting your APs?

    Hi Amy,

    The Guest Relations offices outside the parks typically open one hour prior to rope drop. 

    If you've already purchased your annual passes, the process of picking them up should only take a minute or two. They'll just check your ID to verify your name and address and then print your cards. If there's no line, you'll be done in under five minutes, even if you have several passes to collect.
