Hi there, Christopher, welcome to planDisney!
Congratulations on securing a year's worth of magic, you are now a
Magic Key pass holder! I'm here to show you how to link up your passes and share information on physical passes.
After purchasing your Magic Keys, you should have received an email with receipt confirmation. Attached to that email would be your contract, if applicable, and within the body of the email it should have a button option to access your eTickets. The tickets should also auto populate within the Disneyland app of whoever purchased the tickets. In order to relink passes to other adults or older children (ages 13 and up), you'll need to call the
Magic Key Holder hotline to do so over the phone. Otherwise this can also be done at a ticket booth in the esplanade between both parks. At this time, physical passes are not sent to guests. Instead we recommend that you download the
Disneyland app and ensure that your Disney account is linked to your pass. If you really do want a physical pass, you can go to guest services but expect to pay a fee for this pass. Another option for hands-free entry is to use a
MagicBand+!
I'm really excited for all the magic
happening this year, and I hope that you're able to experience all the happenings, too! I'm probably looking forward to
Pixar Fest (April 26- August 4) and I'm anxiously awaiting the opening of
Tiana's Bayou Adventure later this year at
Disneyland Park. Make sure to follow along with the
Disney Parks Blog to stay up-to-date! I hope this information helped you Christopher. If you have anymore questions,
please reach out! We're here!
Magic is out there,
Camille
