We just purchased annual passes and linked them on my Disney experience. Is it possible to get the actual cards sent in the mail so we can avoid going to will call?

    Dear Jacelyn,

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning ahead for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

How exciting that you have just become Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholders! You will be sent a little card in the mail that is not your ticket, but is a hard plastic card that you will bring to Guest Services to exchange for your actual Annual Pass when you activate it. There is unfortunately no way to avoid stopping by Guest Services on your first visit as an Annual Passholder, but the process to activate is very speedy and you will be on your way to the magic quickly!

Hope that helps you to have a super magical time!
