    I just purchased annual passes for my husband and I. Will I receive our magic bands when we arrive or do I need to purchase them through the Disney website?

    Hi Elizabeth,
    Thanks for joining us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I just renewed my Florida Resident Annual Pass last month. Here's what you need to do.

    Do you have a My Disney Experience account? You will need one to order your Annual Passholder Magic Band, so sign up (if you haven't already done so) and login. Link your Annual Pass to your account (you can use the alpha numeric code on the back side of your pass to do this online or use your smartphone camera if using the app) and My Disney Experience will prompt you to customize your Annual Passholder Magic Bands! They are included in the purchase of your Annual Pass, so no need to purchase another inside the parks unless one of the specialty bands appeals to you.

    A couple of things you should know about the arrival of your magical package: you'll receive your Magic Bands and a lovely green slider indicating you're a 2015 Annual Passholder (wear it with pride). Be sure to lift up the support that your Magic Bands are seated in within the box-your gold parking/discount cards are under the insert and you will want to keep those with you to ensure you receive your discounts when shopping and dining at the Walt Disney World Resort.
