    Hi I purchased annual passes for my fiancé and I a couple weeks ago and I was wondering when I’ll get my magic bands customized and sent to me via mail and when or how I’ll get my AP car magnet and pass holder booklet?...

    Hi Victoria! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I’m so excited to hear that you are now part of the Florida Resident Annual Passholder family! My family and I have enjoyed our Passholder status for the last few years and always recommend the passes to our family and friends. You and your fiancé will enjoy so many benefits including discounts on Walt Disney World Resort hotel stays, merchandise and even on movie tickets at Disney Springs!

    You should receive your Passholder Mickey Monitor, booklet and your magnet in the mail very soon. In the meantime, you can work on getting your MagicBands customized. While they are part of your membership, you won’t receive your band in the mail until you complete the customization process.

    Here’s what you need to do:

    -Link your annual passes to your My Disney Experience Account.
    -Use the drop-down menu, select My Reservations and Tickets, then scroll down to Link Tickets
    -Enter the ticket ID number you received in your confirmation email, then link your ticket and your fiancé’s ticket.
    -Now the fun part! Visit the MagicBands & Cards tab to choose your color and add a name to your new band.

    After customizing your bands, you should receive an email telling you when they are scheduled to ship.

    Victoria, did you know that there’s a special Annual Passholder line at the entrance of all four Walt Disney World theme parks? I hope you and your fiancé will use it next time you visit and enjoy your new Annual Passholder status at the parks!
