    We just purchased Annual Passes and are excited that the Memory Maker is included. Can we download our photos & make a book with Shutterfly?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Some of my favorite photos I have of my son growing up are from the Disney PhotoPass Service and I'm delighted you are going to be able to enjoy this with your Annual Pass!

    If you visit the Help & Support page for Disney PhotoPass you'll actually find a Limited License you can download under the Terms & Conditions for Disney PhotoPass Service header. In this it states that as long as you are using this for personal and non-commercial use that you are certainly allowed to use the images to create yourself or have a third party create a photographic product for you. This means you can certainly create a Shutterfly book to commemorate your wondEARful year at the Most Magical Place on Earth!
