I purchased an annual pass in March prior to my recent trip in May. I linked it to my account and used the pass via the new magic band I received for staying on site. I have not received a passholder card however. How can I get this?

Hi Cheri!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Next time you are visiting Walt Disney World Resort, stop by any Theme Park ticket window, Guest Relations location, or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to pick up your Annual Pass card.  While you can access your admission with a MagicBand that is linked to your account, you will want to carry the Annual Pass card and a photo I.D. with you to take advantage of Annual Passholder benefits, such as dining and merchandise discounts.  Keep your eye on the Passholder Extras page for information about limited-time special offers, including Annual Passholder rates for Disney Resort Hotel stays.

Did you know there is a help line just for Annual Passholders?  You may contact V.I.PASSHOLDER Support at (407)-WDW-PASS or (407) 939-7277, or use the Annual Passholder Help Form.

Also, be sure to follow the official Disney World Passholders page on Facebook.  This is a great way to get the latest information for Annual Passholders.

Please visit the Moms Panel again if you have any additional questions.  We are always happy to help.

    Enjoy your magical year!
