Take a look at the confirmation email you received when you purchased your Annual Pass. The confirmation number should be a 12-digit combination of letters and numbers, and it is the same thing as your ID number. When you log into your My Disney Experience account, you'll use this confirmation number to
link your passes to your account using the blue circle labeled 'Park Tickets.' Then you can assign it to the correct person in your 'Family & Friends' account. If you need any assistance, call the Annual Pass Hotline at (407) 939-7277.
Remember that you'll still need to activate your Annual Pass once you get to Walt Disney World Resort by visiting
Guest Relations at any of the four theme parks or the new
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.
