Hi Eric! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm excited to hear about your upcoming trip to the
Walt Disney World Resort later this year! Visiting during the holiday season is one of the best times to plan a trip. The parks and resorts are
filled with festive decor and holiday offerings. There is a little extra magic floating around the air during this time of year!
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is one of the highlight events of this season. I'm happy that you and your family are planning to attend this year! With the return of Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show, there will be plenty of entertainment to enjoy on this night. My favorite part is the special character meet and greets that you can only encounter at this special ticketed event. I'll never forget meeting Jack Skellington dressed in his Santa suit alongside Sally. It was truly a memorable moment.
Upon purchasing your party tickets, they may or may not link directly to your My Disney Experience account. It seems like the adult tickets were successful, but the child's ticket was giving you some trouble. The easiest way to link your tickets is by using the
My Disney Experience App, which you can download to your mobile device. Once you log in, tap on "My Tickets & Passes" followed by the "+" sign at the top right corner of the screen. Select "Link Tickets & Passes" to enter the ID Number associated with your ticket purchase. If this does not work and the child's ticket is still not linking successfully, you can call the
Ticket and Hotel Reservation line. You'll be able to discuss your problem directly with a Cast Member to help solve any issues you are having.
Eric, as long as you have confirmation that the party ticket has been purchased, you should be good to go for the Christmas Party. You can also stop by
Guest Relations outside of the Magic Kingdom upon arrival to get it sorted out.
I hope you have a magical time during your stay!
