    i just purchase two tickets and its not letting me reservation? telling me i have to wait

    Hi Nancy and welcome to planDisney! I’m happy to see that you’re busy planning your next magical visit to the Disneyland Resort! Thanks for stopping by with your question. 

    In the last few weeks, many of the pages on the Disneyland Resort web site have been busy with guests trying to purchase tickets and make reservations for the theme parks. I know it can be frustrating to be placed back into the queue!

    When you can, try visiting the site at another time and you may have better luck making those theme park reservations. If you haven’t done so already, it may be a good idea to download the Disneyland Mobile App. It may be an easier way to check on your plans. 

    Nancy, I invite you to visit the experience updates page on Disneyland’s official web site. On the page, you will find information about all of the health and safety measures being taken at the resort.
