Sandra,
Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!
The first thing you want to do is purchase your
two-day theme park tickets with the park hopper option. You don't purchase the park hopper option for select days of your visit, it is something that you have to buy for the duration of your ticket package.
As soon as you have purchased your tickets, you will want to make your theme park reservation with the
Disney Park Pass system right away. That way you lock in
Disney's Animal Kingdom for that first park day, and whatever park you want to start with on your other day.
BONUS TIPIt is always a good idea to confirm that the parks you want to visit are available for your travel dates. There is a
Disney Park Pass Availability Calendar where you can check based on your ticket type. I checked for you, based on your arrival date, and at this time all the parks are available, which is great news! But you will want to reserve those parks for your two days, just so you get to go where you prefer.
BONUS TIP #2If you change your mind about what parks you wish to visit, you can always alter your choices closer to vacation time, as long as there is still availability.
BONUS TIP #3Remember that with Park Hopping, you can only park hop after 2 pm, and the park you are hopping to has to have availability.
Write me back if you have any follow-up questions.
Have a Magical Vacation!
Doug
