Can I purchase tickets to a water park for my adult children to use when I am not going with them on the same day?

Kimberly, it's not summer until someone yells, "CANON BALL!" It sounds like your family is ready for some summertime fun at Walt Disney World Resort, and a water park is the place to be. Let's look at your options for purchasing admission for family members during your upcoming visit.

Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is currently open for some splashtastic fun. The thrill of taking a ride down Miss Adventure Falls is something I can't wait to experience, and I'm already planning to stock up on sunscreen and snacks at Singapore Sal's. You can never have too much sunscreen in Florida!

The easiest way to purchase and assign water park tickets is online through your MyDisney account. Start at the Typhoon Lagoon landing page and click "Select Tickets" to specify the number of guests and ticket type. When prompted, you will need to sign into your account.

On the Checkout page, you can assign each ticket to any guest from your Family & Friends list. Simply click the dropdown menu and click on the guest's name. If you need to share plans with anyone, my pal Samantha explains how to invite other guests in this excellent answer.

Kimberly, I salute your generosity in planning a cool-down day for your family on this vacation. I hope everyone has a memorable and magical visit. Please stop by planDisney anytime. And did I mention using sunscreen?!

    Magic awaits,
