Hi Ariana!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks for coming to us with your question. I'm sorry that you seem to be having website troubles. I think I know what might be happening and will try to talk you through it.
First, let's make sure that you're logged in to your
Disneyland account. From the main
Disneyland website, hover your cursor over "Parks and Tickets" at the top and click on "Theme Park Tickets." On the next screen, you're given a choice of a Standard Theme Park Ticket or a Southern California Resident Weekday Ticket Offer. The latter option seems to be selected by default. Unless you are a Southern California Resident, you'll need to select "Standard Theme Park Ticket." Then proceed as you would to make your ticket selection (Number of Days, Number of Tickets, Park Hopper vs One Park Per Day, etc.). It might have been requiring a California billing address because you were attempting to purchase Southern California Resident Tickets. If this still doesn't solve your issue, I would recommend calling
Ticket Guest Services and speaking to a friendly Cast Member.
I hope you are able to purchase your tickets successfully because it sounds like your visit is coming up soon! Will you be attending
Star Wars Nite at Disneyland Park? Last year, there were a number of attractions and food items celebrating Star Wars during the entire month of May. In fact, it was just announced that
Hyperspace Mountain is returning on May 1! Be sure to follow the
Disney Parks Blog for the latest news and updates!
Ariana, I hope that I was able to help you sort out this issue and that you have a wonderful visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! If there is anything else that we at planDisney can do for you, all you have to do is reach out again! We'd be happy to help.
Have a Magical Day!
