It’s a bibbidi bobbidi beautiful day today at planDisney, Joanne!
Howdy! I love it when a fellow Texan stops by with a question for us.
I am so excited to hear you’re considering visiting Walt Disney World Resort! It’s incredible how starting your day strolling around
Magic Kingdom Park and experiencing classic attractions like
Pirates of the Caribbean, and ending it while trying delectable delights from around the world at
EPCOT, you’ll feel as if you’re right in the middle of your own fairytale. The feeling is truly unlike any other!
Joanne, I’m happy to tell you that at Walt Disney World Resort, they understand that the clock can strike midnight on plans, which is why wholly unused
theme park tickets never lose their value, even after expiration. As long as you haven’t used your tickets, you can
change their date for future use, if you need to. This can be done on your
My Disney Experience Mobile App! Please keep in mind that if the date of your new tickets shows a price increase, you will need to pay the difference.
Should you need to change your ticket date, please open the app and tap the three horizontal lines on the bottom right corner of the screen (☰). Next, you will want to select
Tickets and Passes and then locate the ticket you would like to modify. Under it, you should see the
Change Ticket option. By choosing this option, you will be taken to a screen with a calendar, allowing you to select a new date for your visit. If you don’t see this option, I recommend calling and speaking to a friendly Cast Member at
Existing Tickets, who will be happy to help!
Wishing you an enchanting visit, Joanne!
