    Is there ANY way I can purchase the refillable mugs before we arrive? I want to make my own surprise packages for each person and really want to include the mugs.

    There is a mail order merchandise department at WDW set up to handle just such requests. The vast majority of WDW theme park and resort merchandise can be sent to you at home. All you need to do is send an email to wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com or call 407-363-6200. Be as specific as you can in what you're looking for and someone will get back to you about pricing and shipping options.
