If I purchase preferred parking at one Walt Disney World park and plan on park hopping do I get a preferred spot at both parks?

    Hello Alexander,

Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you're gearing up for an exciting day of adventure and exploration across the Walt Disney World Resort parks, and we're here to help ensure your journey is as magical and seamless as possible.

Purchasing preferred parking is a fantastic way to add a little extra convenience and magic to your day at the parks. When you opt for preferred parking at one of the Walt Disney World parks, you're setting the stage for a smooth start to your day, with quicker access to the entrance and less time walking from your car. It's a great choice for those looking to maximize every moment of their visit.

Now, onto your question about park hopping and how it works with preferred parking. The magical news is, yes, when you purchase preferred parking at one park in the morning, this privilege extends to any other parks you decide to hop to later in the day. There's no need to pay again for preferred parking at the second park. Simply show your parking receipt from the first park to the parking attendant at the next park, and they will guide you to the preferred parking area, subject to availability. It's important to remember that preferred parking spots at the second park are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. While the cast members will do their best to accommodate you, availability can vary throughout the day.

For a useful tip, consider starting your day early and making the most of your preferred parking by arriving at the parks before opening. This strategy not only allows you to enjoy cooler morning temperatures and lighter crowds but also positions you perfectly to experience some of the most popular attractions with shorter wait times. Additionally, utilizing the My Disney Experience app to keep an eye on wait times and park hours can help you decide the best time to hop to your next park, ensuring your adventure continues smoothly from one magical experience to the next.

We hope this information helps you plan a truly enchanting day at Walt Disney World Resort, filled with all the fun, magic, and adventure you can imagine. If you have any more questions or need further tips as you prepare for your trip, feel free to reach out to us at planDisney. We're always here to help sprinkle a little extra magic on your Disney vacation plans.

Wishing you a magical park-hopping adventure,
