If we purchase platinum annual passes, can we upgrade them to platinum plus at anytime during the year?

    Hi Tina!

Upgrading an Annual Pass is a really great way to experience even more magic at the Walt Disney World Resort, especially because the Disney Platinum Plus Pass gives you access to extra pixie-dusted experiences!

Luckily, you can upgrade an Annual Pass at any time, as long as it has not expired!  If you decide to upgrade more than 60 days before your current Annual Pass expires, you will need to visit any theme park ticket window or Guest Relations location to do so.  The knowledgeable Cast Members there will be able to explain your options and help you choose the best one for you!  Remember, if you choose to upgrade your current Annual Pass, your expiration date will remain the same.

If you choose to wait until it is time to renew your Annual Passholder Status to upgrade, you can still upgrade your Annual Pass at a ticketing window or Guest Relations location, but you can also upgrade it online or over the phone at 407-560-PASS or 407-560-7277.  Don't forget to check out all of the incredible Passholder Benefits and Passholder Extras to make sure that you make the most of your magical time at the Walt Disney World Resort!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
