    If I purchase a photo pass expiry extension can expired photos be retrieved?? I missed out on downloading the 1st day of our vacation 😭😭

    I understand your heart is grieving the current loss of some valuable Disney PhotoPass memories. I also understand you've heard about the Photo Extension product available once logged into your Disney PhotoPass account. Unfortunately, the details of that product clarify that the 15-day extension only applies to unexpired photos and videos in your account. Just keep breathing and let's try a new plan.

    Disney Cast Members are truly the heart of The World's Most Magical Celebration. Without making any promises, I know they will do their best to retrieve what has been lost if you give them a call at the Technical and Website Support number. Sending loads of faith, trust, and pixie dust your way as you prepare to make that call.
