Hello Katie,
As the current
UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, it makes so so very happy to welcome you here today to our pixie-dusted spot.
Oh my goodness me, Katie! Just like you, I've also been late to a very important date by missing the deadline for downloading my
Memory Maker photo captures. Therefore, I totally understand exactly what it is to be a very upset mumma.
Katie, I think I may have some positive news for you today! It could indeed be possible for you to purchase a one-off 15-day Expiration Extension for your Memory Maker photos. To make this
Expiration Extension purchase, simply sign into your Disney PhotoPass account and follow the on-screen prompts. Additionally, once successfully signed in to your
Disney PhotoPass account, it will also be possible to connect with Cast Members (via the drop-down menu) to make general enquiries about your already expired Memory Maker photos.
However, please do bear in mind that once purchased, a 15-day Expiration Extension date will be set to 60 days from the date when your
original photo was taken or video capture was made. Once purchased, this new expiration date will display on your photos one-by-one when you view them via your
My Disney Experience account.
Please know that as per the current
Disney PhotoPass/Memory Maker Terms & Conditions, Disney does not at present offer Guests any permanent storage options for digital photo or video captures.
Katie, I sincerely hope I've been able to provide some magical guidance for you today. Please know you'll always be welcome to pop back to
me here at planDisney if I can offer you any further assistance.
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
