Do I have to purchase passes for the water parks separately from the theme parks?

    Hi Stephanie!

Yes, water parks are not included in the base Magic Your Way tickets. If you'd like to visit a water park during your trip to Walt Disney World, there are two options for purchasing tickets:
    1. A water park ticket. Separate admission tickets are available for water park admission. These can be purchased at a variety of locations including your Disney resort lobby concierge and at the water park entrances.
    2. Water Park, Fun and More Option. An option can be be added to your base tickets to add visits to the Water Parks, DisneyQuest, ESPN Wide World of Sports and/or Oak Trail Golf Course. With this option, you'll have one Water Park, Fun and more visit per day of your park tickets.
In general, if you're planning on a single visit to the water parks, purchasing a single, separate ticket is usually  the more economical option. However, if you'd prefer to visit both Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, the Water Parks, Fun and More option will be a better option.

Here is a great answer by my fellow Panelist Dad Bret. He breaks down the cost options for these tickets. Keep in mind that ticket prices do change occasionally, so the prices quoted might be slightly different, but the premise is the same!

    Have a great vacation!
