Heigh-Ho Casey,
Your Walt Disney World arrival date is just around the corner and I know it will be filled with many magical and memorable moments. I recommend staying current on the many changes happening at Walt Disney World by following the
Disney Parks Blog and continue to revisit the
Know Before You Go page for changes to procedures and guidelines.
Casey, your question is a great one and I am happy to report to date there have been no issues for Guests, with the upgraded
Park Hopper option, in entering their park hopping parks. While the Theme Park Availability calendar may show no parks available, for Guests wishing to make Disney Park Pass reservation, if you have already done this then you are READY and SET to GO. During your visit, you are able to check park hopping park availability on your
mobile app or by calling (407) 560-5000. As a reminder, Guests MUST enter the park they made their Disney Park Pass reservation for that specific day BEFORE park hopping to another park. Park hopping hours begin at 2:00 p.m. until the time of park closure.
However, if you no longer wish to have the upgraded Park Hopper option then you can adjust this BEFORE using your ticket. Visit the Guest Relations/Ticket Counter, before entering your first Walt Disney World Theme Park, and request the change. You will need to have the credit card on hand that was used towards the purchase.
As you finalize your plans I am happy to report face-covering guidelines have been modified. Guests are required to mask up upon entering attraction queues, riding attractions, watching shows, in shops, entering restaurants and while riding Disney transportation. Face coverings are optional in outdoor areas but Walt Disney World kindly asks Guests to be considerate of social distancing. If we can be of any further assistance
feel free to ask and check out our
Panel Extras for more vacation tips before you arrive.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
