Hey howdy hey, Jason.
I’m so glad you rode like the wind with Bullseye and found your way to planDisney today! I bet you can’t wait to have a fantastic time on your vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth. November may seem (Buzz) lightyears away, but it will be here before you know it.
Unfortunately,
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. However, should you not be able to make it as planned, you can use unexpired theme park tickets for a future vacation by applying their value toward the purchase of new theme park tickets (increase in ticket prices may apply). After the original usage day passes, the tickets might disappear from your
My Disney Experience account, but their value still exists. Make sure to keep the purchase confirmation and any other info tied to those tickets in a safe place. When you are ready to apply their value towards new tickets, call (407) 939-1289 and a friendly Cast Member can assist you.
You also have the option of modifying the date of your
theme park ticket, as long as you do so before the original start date of the ticket (any increase in ticket prices will apply). To do this, log into your My Disney Experience account and head over to your "My Plans" page. Scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and click on "Tickets & Memory Maker." Select the ticket you wish to change, and you should see the option to change its date. If you don’t see that option, you will need to call the number I mentioned above for further assistance.
Jason, I hope this information proves useful. I’ll be crossing my fingers that everything works out for you to come “home” to the magic as planned.
Until next time,
Alyssa
