Welcome to planDisney, Frank!
Thanks for swinging by with your question. I see you plan to make a coast-to-coast journey to visit Disney World... how exciting! You're going to love using
Lightning Lane Multi Pass. My family recently utilized this at both Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, and I couldn't believe how much we were able to pack into our Disney Days! Sounds like you intend to park hop, so let's talk about the best Lightning Lane strategy for you.
Guests are allowed to purchase one Lightning Lane Multi Pass (LLMP) per day. When you make this purchase in the app, you are required to select just one park, and make your initial 3 attraction selections from that park. However, there are some options for you! If you've got
Park Hopper Option added to your theme park tickets... as soon as you scan in and use that first pass of the day, you'll be able to make an additional Lightning Lane selection at any other Disney World park (subject to availability). Use this technique throughout the day to get the most out of your LLMP.
In addition to this, you can purchase up to 2 Lightening Lane Single Passes (LLSP) per day, at any park. Promise me since you're visiting from California that you won't miss the EPCOT, and the truly out-of-this-world
Guardians of the Galaxy ride! This would be my top recommendation for a LLSP selection.
Put a reminder in your calendar, Frank... your Lightning Lane reservation date is coming up very soon! If you will be staying at a Disney resort, you can book 7 days before your arrival date, starting at 7:00 am ET. If you'll be an off-site guest, you can book 3 days before your park arrival date, starting at 7:00 am ET.
I hope this helps. Enjoy skipping those stand-by lines, and have a magical vacation!
See ya real soon,
Tami
