Hi, Latoya! Thanks for snapping your picture-perfect question over to us! I am so glad you are planning to add
Memory Maker to your vacation plans. There are so many great Disney PhotoPass spots all across Walt Disney World Resort. We usually come home with a couple of hundred pictures! There is no way I could ever narrow down just a couple from all of those and, with Memory Maker, I do not have to since it gives me unlimited downloads of ALL of those photographic memories!
So, let's chat about the specifics of how Memory Maker works. Each Disney PhotoPass picture will
remain in your account for 45 days from the time they were taken at Walt Disney World Resort. Your Memory Maker product will not be considered "active" until you download the first picture from the My Disney Experience mobile app or the
Disney PhotoPass website. You will then have
30 days to continue downloading pictures until that Memory Maker expires. In other words, you will have no worries at all about your Memory Maker purchase expiring before you capture all of your memories!
I have a few quick tips to share with you today, Latoya. Do you by chance use an Apple device, such as an iPad or iPhone? At this time, only Apple users can use the
My Disney Experience mobile app to edit their Disney PhotoPass pictures with stickers, borders, and frames. While on the app, just open one of the pictures and hit the
Edit button. I do want to encourage you to download your pictures to a computer, rather than your phone. The files are quite large and as I mentioned earlier, you are likely to have a good many.
Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
