I purchase memory maker One day for 69.99$ But i can not find this purchase anywhere. Where can i look for it to be sure everything is okay?

    Hi Amanda!

It’s great to see you here today at planDisney. Welcome!

You’re going to love the Memory Maker, and I hope you take full advantage of your Memory Maker One Day! The Disney PhotoPass photographers will surely capture your magical moments, and I love that everyone in the party can join in to pose for the photos! Towards the end of my vacation, I like to stock up on some pre-packaged treats (bonus points if they’re Mickey-shaped) from Main Street Confectionery. Once my family gets home, I download our photos, and we get together to view them while munching on our yummy treats! It definitely helps ease some of those post-Disney vacation blues!

Amanda, if you were logged into your My Disney Experience account when you purchased the Memory Maker One Day, it should automatically link to your account. To check if the purchase is there, please head to the Walt Disney World website. Next, hover over the My Disney Experience logo on the top right corner, and from the drop-down menu, select My Plans. Next, scroll down until you see My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets. Under that, on the left side, you’ll see Daily Itinerary, and next to it, Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker. Please select Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker. Under Memory Maker Purchases, you should see your purchase listed there.

If, for any reason, you don’t see it and you have the email confirmation of your purchase, you can link it by clicking here and selecting Memory Maker. Add the confirmation number from your email, and follow through the prompts to finalize, and you should be all set! All you need to do now to activate it is to take your first picture with a Disney PhotoPass photographer the day you’d like to use it!

Should you need help with anything, please feel free to call and speak to a friendly Cast Member at Disney PhotoPass. They’ll be happy to look into your account and help you!

Please keep in mind that your photos expire 45 days after they are taken, so do be sure to download them before the clock strikes midnight on your images. You may find it helpful that each photo’s expiration date is written underneath.

Did you know you can download all of your photos at once? First, you’ll head here and select Include Family & Friends on the top right of the page. Next, please hover over the image and click the check mark at the top right of the image so it turns into a green checkmark. Once the pictures are selected, scroll back to the top of the page, click Select all visible media, and then Download.

Wishing you an enchanting visit, Amanda!
