Hi Theresa! Welcome back with another great question about
Memory Maker.
Your 30 day Memory Maker window begins once you download your first
Disney PhotoPass photo, either on the
Disney PhotoPass site or in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Once you download your first photo, you will then have 30 days to capture additional photos. You are welcome to download a photo immediately when it appears in your My Disney Experience account, or you can wait until you return home from your vacation. Either way, be sure to download all your photos before they expire, 45 days after the date on which the photo was taken. You may download your photos as many times as you like, to any of your devices, before they expire.
I usually purchase
Memory Maker at the Advance Purchase price several months before my Walt Disney World Resort vacation. During my vacation, I download some photos right away to my phone so I have them available to post on social media, and then download all my photos again to my computer after I return home. Keep in mind when purchasing Memory Maker at the Advance Purchase price, any photos taken within three days of the purchase are not included. If you already have photos in your account you would like to download, or will be capturing photos within the next 3 days, you'll want to purchase Memory Maker - Starts Immediately.
You are
always welcome to come back to the Moms Panel again if you have additional questions.
