MagicBand+ on Friends; Main Street; pairing

    If I purchase magic bands for my grandkids that are going with me this year. Can I reassign them to different grandchildren that will go with me next year?

    Welcome back to planDisney, Debra! I'm so happy to see that you're busy planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort with your grandchildren next month! Thanks for sending us your planning question.

    MagicBands can be used by the same person any time a valid theme park ticket is linked to them, but bands that have been previously used cannot be reassigned to another person.

    Before your visit, you can purchase new MagicBands for your grandchildren online. You can even find so many different kinds of themed bands at your Disney Resort Collection hotel gift shop or at theme parks during your vacation. Your grandchildren will love being able to choose their own band!
