Howdy Noemy!
Thank you for bringing your question about the Imagine Key pass here to us at planDisney! The
Imagine Key pass is perfect for us local gals who live just around the riverbend from the Disneyland Resort and can visit throughout the week. I’ve been enjoying my Imagine pass for several months now with my tiny toddler Tigger in tow!
Unfortunately, at the time that I am writing this, the Imagine Key is only available for renewal. This means that the available Keys have already been purchased and are no longer open to the public for purchase. At the moment, the
Inspire Key Pass is the only level available for purchase, although
other levels will become available throughout the year. The Inspire Key Pass provides guests with the most benefits and access to the theme parks
for the most amount of days. But Noemy, there are
many wonderful perks to being part of any level of the Magic Key program, including discounts on merchandise and food, access to special events, and admission to the theme parks on select days.
When the time feels right for you to purchase a Magic Key online, simply go to the Disneyland Resort website and click on the "Parks & Tickets" tab, then select "Magic Key Passes" from the drop-down menu. You can then choose the type of Magic Key pass you wish to purchase and follow the instructions to complete your transaction.
Another way to become a member of the Magic Key program is to visit the Disneyland Resort ticket booths in real life. These can be found outside both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park,. Here, you can purchase either
theme park tickets or a Magic Key pass in person. This may be a good choice if you have any questions about the various Magic Key options or if you just prefer to purchase your pass face-to-face.
I hope this was helpful, Noemy. If you’re still interested in taking advantage of offers available only to Southern California Residents like us,
SoCal residents can now enjoy special savings on weekday theme park tickets. I look forward to enjoying this opportunity during
Black Heritage Month with the brand new
Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway attraction, and for the opening of the reimagined
Mickey’s Toontown, and of course, the
Disney100 celebration!
Keep those questions coming our way, Noemy! I’m as committed as you are to making your visits to The Happiest Place On Earth as magical as they can be! Please come
message me directly if you think of any follow-up questions.
You’ve got a friend in me,
Danielle
