Hi Kathy!
Thanks for visiting us here at planDisney. I know you must be excited and in countdown mode for your March trip! Since your visit is less than 60 days away, you're already able to make
advance reservations for dining and
Enchanted Extras. Your trip also coincides with the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, so there will be even more fun to enjoy on your upcoming vacation!
When our family visits Walt Disney World Resort, we typically plan for one park per day. This gives us time to really enjoy all the magical details in each park and soak up the atmosphere on a relaxed schedule. However, I have added the
Park Hopper Option to some of our shorter weekend trips when we just couldn't choose where to spend our limited time.
I've combined a day at Magic Kingdom Park with a visit to EPCOT, and spent another morning at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, with an adventurous afternoon at Disney's Hollywood Studios. If you like to mix up your days you can certainly upgrade your current tickets to include the Park Hopper Option. This will give you the ability to visit a second (or even third or fourth) park on the same day, beginning at 2 p.m. Keep in mind, you'll need a
theme park reservation for each day you plan to use your tickets, and will have to enter your first reserved park before hopping to another.
Though you wouldn't be required to hop every day, the upgrade cost would apply to all of your current tickets as there is currently no option to upgrade individual days within a package. Should you decide to upgrade, you may be able to make the necessary ticket changes right from your
My Disney Experience App. You can also
contact a Cast Member by phone for assistance, or even upgrade in person at
Guest Relations once you've arrived.
There is so much to enjoy at each park I am confident you'll be able to fill an entire day, even if you decide to forgo the Park Hopper Option for this trip. I'd be happy to make suggestions if you'd like guidance on your current itinerary. Feel free to come back and
ask me any further questions you may have.
Wishing you a magical visit!
Amy
