Adele from WA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

If we purchase Disneyland tickets at Target, are they good for any days or do we still need to make reservations somehow? We are flying into Anaheim February 28, and back March 3, 2024. We will spend two days in the parks, but aren’t sure which two days.

    Hey there, Adele!

Welcome to planDisney and we appreciate you stopping by with your question! I'm really excited to hear that you'll be visiting the Disneyland Resort early this year so let's make sure that you're armed with the knowledge that you need to have a seamless experience.

Every Guest who visits the Disneyland Resort will need a ticket and a valid reservation in order to enter the Parks. That does mean that you will need to manually link the tickets to your Disney account and then make reservations for the dates of your visit. I would recommend checking the Availability Calendar to make sure that the dates you desire are still open. If you can, decide which days you would like to visit the Parks as soon as possible because the earlier you secure your reservations, the better. We don't want you to wait too long to decide only to find no reservations available!

Once you've purchased your tickets from Target, you should receive an email confirmation with a link to access your E-Tickets. You'll need to link those tickets to your Disneyland account first. From the Disneyland website, reveal the pull down menu under "My Disneyland" and select "Link Tickets." Once you do that, navigate to Ticket and Reservation Details and click on "Make or Modify Park Reservations" to book your dates. Each party member will need their own reservation.

If one of your visits is to Disney California Adventure on or after March 1, you'll be able to catch the beginning of the Food & Wine Festival! It's my favorite Festival at the Resort and you'll have the chance to sample many delightful dishes curated by the Disney chefs just for this event. Follow the Disney Parks Blog and be on the lookout for their Foodie Guide!

Fun Fact: John Wayne Airport in Orange County is very conveniently located near the Disneyland Resort, but did you know there used to be a Heliport at Disneyland which would ferry Guests from the Los Angeles International Airport and back? It last operated in 1972 before service was ended permanently.

Adele, I hope that this response was helpful in your trip planning. If you have any more questions for us, please feel free to stop by again because we'd love to hear from you. We'll see ya real soon!

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
