Hey, there, Elijah, and welcome to planDisney! You have a
Walt Disney World Resort visit just around the riverbend, so let's look at using a brand new Disney Premier Visa Card to purchase theme park tickets. I think it's a magical idea!
I checked the
Disney Visa Card website and found that you can make Disney-related purchases immediately if you are instantly approved for the card. Sometimes, applicants receive a message that processing has been delayed. If this is the case, you'll be notified as soon as your card is approved. But as soon as your card is approved, you should be able to charge Disney purchases. I'm sprinkling pixie dust your way so you can secure some theme park tickets soon!
Once you've started using your Disney Premier Visa Card, you'll begin accumulating
Disney Reward Dollars. These can be redeemed for a Disney Rewards Card, which is as good as cash in the theme parks and many restaurants. You could even pick up a packet with a rewards card and instructions on activating it at many
Guest Relations locations. I recently stopped by the ticket center in Magic Kingdom Park near The Hall of Presidents, and BOOM! I had $25 to spend.
The
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is in its final weeks, so I hope you can sample items on the Garden Graze food stroll during your trip. The Avocado Toast at BRUNCHCOT is the perfect afternoon snack. And check out the
Garden Rocks Concert Series for a fun way to dance off all that festival food. I saw Plain White Tees last month and had a blast.
Elijah, I hope your Disney Visa comes through for those tickets so you can make memories to treasure this week. Thanks for stopping by
planDisney!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
