Mary,
To begin with, many of my favorite Disney movies on
Disney+ can be viewed not only in their original English, but also in a variety of other languages. I was just confirming this by watching a few minutes of the live-action
Aladdin in Italian.
Meraviglioso! The audio quality was great, and even the songs were in Italian.
All you need to do is start playing your movie. You will then see, in the upper right corner, an icon that is a horizontal box with lines on the bottom. When you tap on that, you will have the ability to move to any language or subtitle options available for your given selection.
Unfortunately, of the close to 40 titles that I found were available in Italian, sadly the
Toy Story movies were not. I am not sure why, but hopefully they will be added soon. Disney does not seem to sell DVD versions of the movies in Italian here in the United States either, so you may need to contact a European reseller to get them sent to you. I have heard that there is a way to toggle over from the U.S. version of Amazon to an Italian version, so you may want to try that out. The shipping charges might be high, but it could get you what you are searching for!
Buona fortuna!
Doug
