    Can you purchase dining plans if you are not staying at one of the Disney resorts? Thamks

    Hi there Linda!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We're glad you're here!  Unfortunately, only guests that are staying at a Disney-owned and operated resort are eligible to purchase the Disney Dining Plan.  Even if you stay off-property, you are more than welcome to dine at any of the Walt Disney World restaurants. You can also make Advanced Dining Reservations for Table-Service restaurants 180 days in advance by calling (407) WDW-DINE or by going online here.
