Hey there, hi there, ho there Paula! You're as welcome as can be at planDisney! Thanks for visiting us with your Disney World planning question. How exciting that you've got a magical countdown in the works to visit this winter. February is such a terrific time to vacation at Disney World, with great temperatures and lower crowds.
Yes, you can absolutely
purchase a 2 day Disney theme park ticket. This is actually an excellent option, because when you select a multiple day ticket they can be used in any of the four Disney Parks. The only hard thing will be deciding which to choose! These will be date based tickets, so you will not need to make any park reservations. For a 2 day ticket, they do not need to be used consecutively, and you are given a date range of 3 valid days for use.
Personally, I can't visit Walt Disney World Resort without seeing a castle... so I always need to go to Magic Kingdom. If you haven't visited recently, they've added a spectacular nighttime light parade that is a must see -
Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away. And my teenager's favorite park is EPCOT, with it's awesome combination of delicious eats and treats, as well as thrill rides like Guardians of the Galaxy and the newly re-imagined Test Track. If you're looking for an entertaining restaurant that serves excellent food, check out the Japanese steakhouse
Teppan Edo. This fun venue provides both dinner and a show... it never disappoints! Your stay also coincides with EPCOT's
International Festival of the Arts, so it's an added reason to visit this amazing park.
I also like to check out the
Park Operating Calendar as my dates get closer, to see each park's hours and any parade or fireworks times scheduled. This may influence your decision, and help you decide what you most wish to include in your pixie-dusted vacation.
Paula, I hope this helps and that you have a wonderful time at Walt Disney World! If we can offer any additional recommendations on where to stay, eat, or play... please feel free to visit us again at planDisney.
Adventure is out there!
