If I purchase a 6 day military pass for 2025 (in Jan 2025) Could I plan a trip in Jan and Dec of the same year. I am aware of the blackout dates. I just want to ensure they don’t expire since it will be in the beginning of the year and the end. Thank you!

Welcome to planDisney, Shaunna! Thank you for stopping by with your question!

The Disney Military Salute renewal typically occurs in the fall (September-November). Once the 2025 renewal is announced, purchase your Salute tickets for the following year. You will need to make Theme Park Reservations before you enter the park. What is great about the Salute tickets is that you can split the days into multiple trips. I plan on using several days this summer with my Salute tickets and plan on going again later in the fall with the same ticket. As long as your tickets are used by the last date (usually December 19-20) and not used during blackout dates, you should be good to go!

As Salute ticket holders, when you stop by Guest Relations to activate, ask about the military discount for Memory Maker! It is a great value for military members (this year it is priced at $98 and subject to change), and you will get all digital images taken during your visit. You can purchase Memory Maker in person with the military discount only.

Shaunna, I hope this information was helpful! Thank you again for visiting planDisney. If you need additional pixie dust while planning your visit, send me questions anytime. You've got a friend in me!
