if you purchase annual pass and are not using for 1-2 years willit expire

    Dear George,

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit us again here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about becoming an Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder!

I am also an Annual Passholder and I can attest that you will absolutely love all of the perks and benefits that come along with it!

The great news is that your Annual Pass does not need to be activated directly after purchase. It can be purchased and then you can wait to activate it. If you have a question on the exact expiration date when you purchase yours, I recommend that you give a call to speak to a friendly Cast Member at 1(407)W-DISNEY and they can verify that for your specific purchase. I believe my most recent one shows an expiration date of 2030, just to give you an idea.

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
