Hi there, Heidi! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for bringing us your question. Planning for this large of a group is no a small feat, so let's get you going in the right direction for planning this visit.
It takes a lot of guts to take on this type of task, so I would like to commend you. School teachers are some of the bravest souls I know. I can say this because I send my children to school daily, and I know they can be a handful. Now bringing them to "The Most Magical Place on Earth" is a task only Merida and Heidi can shoulder. There are two directions your path may lead you, and that all depends on your intentions of keeping this trip educational and how many will be attending. If you are looking to keep the education rolling while at the
Walt Disney World Resort there is a great program called
Disney Imagination Campus. This is for students from 3-22 years old, with groups of 10 or more. You will need to contact Disney Imagination Campus to register and for more detailed information on pricing and discounted tickets. If you aren't planning on making it an educational visit but still have 10 or more guests coming you can
call Group Reservations for assistance.
This large group will be exciting to feed and there a couple of different places you can have an awesome meal. If we are talking in park, in
Hollywood Studios there is a large quick-service restaurant called
Backlot Express. Lots of seating and great for a check-in for students if they are older and have to meet up every couple of hours. If you are looking for more of a scheduled meal, I would love to recommend the
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue. This would be such an amazing experience for the entire group. This is dinner and a show, and what a show it is. Expect to laugh and leave full at this all-you-care-to-enjoy restaurant. This space is large and has group seating perfect for large groups.
I hope this information is helpful to finding an option for your school to visit Disney. If you have any planning questions please visit us again anytime at

Have a magical day,
