Welcome to
planDisney, Shannon! Let me start by saying a huge THANK YOU to you and your family for your service to our country. As a military spouse and veteran, I know the amount of sacrifice that military families make, and it would be my pleasure to help you experience the most magical visit to
Disneyland Resort.
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park will reopen on April 30, 2021, with significantly limited capacity to comply with governmental requirements and promote physical distancing. Theme park attendance will be managed through a new
theme park reservation system that will require all Guests to obtain a reservation for park entry in advance. Until further notice, only California residents may visit the parks. To successfully make a theme park reservation, you will want to ensure that your Disney account is updated to show your current California address. You may be required to show further proof of residence before entering the parks, so be sure to bring along your lease agreement as well as a photo ID. If you have not yet purchased your theme park tickets, I highly recommend checking out the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to ensure theme park reservations are available for the dates you plan to visit.
I hope this information gets you on your way to your next visit to
Disneyland Resort! Please do not hesitate to stop back by if we can answer any more of your vacation questions.
